Trust & safety

Built for ages 13–19, with parents in the loop.

TeenFit focuses on strength, speed, energy, recovery, confidence, and sports performance — never on weight targets or calorie cutting. Here is exactly how we keep it safe.

Built for ages 13–19
  • TeenFit is designed for teen athletes aged 13 to 19. Accounts are not intended for children under 13, and we ask for a date of birth at signup.
  • If you are under 18, we ask that a parent or guardian reviews your account, your plan, and any purchase before you use the app regularly.
Parent and guardian information
  • Parents can review everything a teen sees: the workout library, the training plan, the AI coach history, and the progress log — sign in with your teen and open Profile, Progress, and AI Coach.
  • Subscriptions are optional. The free plan is fully usable with no card. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time from the Billing page.
  • Questions or a request about your teen's account? Use the Contact page and we will reply in the in-app inbox.
Safe training and nutrition rules
  • Warm up before every session and cool down after. Form comes before speed, weight, or reps.
  • Growing bodies need fuel. TeenFit does not offer calorie restriction, fasting, cutting, or weight-loss targets, and the AI coach is instructed to refuse those requests and redirect to performance, strength, energy, and recovery.
  • Nutrition guidance is general and habit-based — hydration, protein, sleep, balanced meals. It is not a diet plan and never a substitute for a doctor or registered dietitian.
  • Rest days are part of the plan, not a failure. The 6-Month Athletic Performance & Healthy Habits Plan schedules two rest days every week.
Injury and pain warnings
  • Stop immediately if you feel sharp pain, dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath, or joint pain that gets worse during a movement.
  • Every workout offers an easier alternative. Swap the exercise or skip it — never push through pain to finish a session.
  • Talk to a doctor before starting a new training or nutrition program, especially with an existing injury, health condition, or if you are returning from time off.
  • TeenFit provides general fitness and wellness guidance only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
How your conversations and fitness data are stored
  • AI coach conversations are stored in your account so the coach can reference your recent training. You can delete a conversation at any time from the AI Coach page.
  • Workouts, sessions, streaks, and progress entries are stored in your account and are visible only to you, except for the leaderboard, which shows your display name and score to other users. You can opt out by leaving the leaderboard from Settings.
  • Messages you send to the coach are processed by our AI provider to generate a reply. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
  • You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time through the Contact page. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
